Twenty-one year old Rachel Wilson is a junior at Auburn University. And as she said, “I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.”



Born and raised in Marietta, GA, a suburb outside of Atlanta, Wilson grew up in a supportive and loving family. Her brother, Brad Wilson, is an Auburn alum, and that is what initially made her consider the university.

Grad student, Katie Norris, says Auburn University provides an exceptional graduate program.



Norris is an early childhood education grad student who is most interested in teaching kindergarten. She began the program during the summer of 2009 and is enjoying her additional collegiate education at Auburn.

Two 22-year-old college students, Michael Wekall and Ryan Leander, are campaigning on Auburn’s campus and making a documentary in hopes to receive a hug from country pop star idol Taylor Swift.



“I simply would like a hug and the chance to meet Taylor,” Leander said. “If it goes beyond that awesome, but ultimately meeting her and hanging out is our goal.”
