Auburn International Buddy Program

Our college years are commonly said to be ones we will never forget and often wish to relive. Surrounded by more people than we will ever have the chance to meet, college is a time to learn and grow with those who we are fortunate enough to establish relationships. The International Buddy Program provides a chance to establish those relationships with students from the 80 different nations represented at Auburn. The program was founded by Beth Anne Dawson and inspired by international student…See More

Unsupersized: Auburn Dining Edition

Eating on campus does not always provide options that agree with our diet rules. As the healthy eating trend continues to increase in popularity, students still have a hefty sum on their tiger cards for on-campus dining. Who better to provide solutions for healthy-eating students than a student?Lauren Lynch, a junior studying dietetics, is partnering with Tiger Dining and dedicating a week to becoming “un-supersized” on Auburn’s campus. Students Standing 27 Hours for Modern-Day Slavery

Auburn students and graduates are commonly known for their excellence in performance. This excellence takes place out of the classroom just as much as in the classroom. Not a week goes by without some sort of student movement or campaign active on the concourse providing even more options for fellow students to get involved. Because of these, and many more notable qualities held by Auburn students, it is no surprise that Auburn was chosen among 10 out of over 100 schools to host International…See More

Auburn Students Initiate Campus Student Memorial

The combination of the “Auburn family” and Auburn’s beautiful campus proves irresistible to most. Time and again we celebrate the accomplishments of students who emerge from Auburn and put the skills they have acquired to the test. Several Auburn students now intend to honor those who, unfortunately, don’t get the chance to put their learned skills into practice. A group of Auburn students, including senior Sterett Seckman, are in the process of comprising a plan for a student memorial. They…See More

New place, new people, new teachers, new roommates; the transition from high school to college is full of all sorts of adjustments. Along with those is an unlimited list of new adventures.

In order to take full advantage of four years worth of adventures, a group of Auburn students formed the Outdoor Adventure Club back in 2006.

Seven years later, the OAC has about 120 active members all looking to enjoy…
