One campus ministry is bringing worship at Auburn University to a whole new level—the top of Haley Center to be exact.

Auburn students Nathan, Frank, and Hunter decided to ride their bikes from Auburn, AL to Seaside, FL to raise money for the Auburn Flyers, Auburn University's Collegiate Cycling Team. 214 miles, and 12 hours of riding later, we arrived in Seaside! Sgt. Maj. Bennie G. Adkins received the Medal of Honor today from President Barack Obama in a White House ceremony. Auburn's Maggie and Johnny Lawrence were among a group of local friends and family supporting Adkins in this remarkable day of events.
Adkins lives in Opelika and taught accounting at Auburn University years ago.

Auburn's new brewing sciences program has officially kicked off its first fall semester.
Where there once were ten available spots for the graduate program, there are now 17 students currently in the program due to the quality of applications and the passion of the students.
