With Carolina beating Tampa Bay 48-16, Cam Newton broke Peyton Manning's single season rookie record for most yards passing. Cam scored three touchdowns passing and one rushing . Cam Newton and the Carolina Panthers stopped Houston's winning streak at seven games. Houston was 10-3 before the game. Cam Newton completed 13 0f 23 passes for 2 touchdowns. Final score Carolina 28 Houston 13. This has been a great season to watch Cam play at that "next level."

In Carolina's 31-23 loss to the Atlanta Falcons, Cam passed for 276 yards and two touchdowns. In what the media called a "must" game for the Falcons, Cam and the Panthers led for a good part of the game. It's great to continue to watch our Rookie NFL Quarterback play every week!

Encyclopedia of Alabama awarded National Humanities Challenge Grant
AUBURN - The National Endowment for the Humanities has awarded a $425,000 Challenge Grant to the Encyclopedia of Alabama, a free online resource on Alabama's history, culture and natural environment. The Hortman family Christmas is very traditional and exudes the Christmas spirit of being with family and enjoying each other’s company. Izzy Hortman is a senior in public relations who is graduating in December 2011.

Keep the legend going! As Carolina beats Tampa 38-19, Cam scored three rushing touchdowns to move his rookie record to 13 so far this season. He completed 12 of 21 passes for 204 yards and one more touchdown. By the way,this was an away game for Carolina! Cam just keeps going!
