The Southeast Journalism Conference named The Auburn Plainsman the Best College Newspaper at its 26th annual convention in Martin, Tenn., Feb. 10-11, 2012.

In addition to this award, four Auburn University students were recognized as being among the “Best of the South” in the SEJC's annual journalism awards competition.
