A student’s first year at Auburn University is a once in a lifetime experience. It shapes his or her Auburn career – friends are made, organizations are joined and traditions are learned. Only a few college students would be willing to give up most of their summer to introduce incoming freshman to their new home away from home. Or Auburn University. We call them Camp War Eagle counselors.

The War Eagle Girls and Plainsmen are on the search for their newest members.
Commonly referred to as “WEGP,” they are the official hosts and hostesses of Auburn University. WEGP works under the Office of the President and is a service organization that is dedicated to Auburn and the surrounding community to serve in any capacity that is needed.
