Walking around campus today, I noticed many students in a dilemma. To counter the recent cold weather, many students were donning heavy coats and hoodies, as well as long pants to keep out the cold gusts of winter wind. The problem comes when clouds fill the sky and the wet showers cover campus with puddles and students are pelted by fat drops of rainwater!
