Auburn University’s School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences will host the first annual Spring Fling and Outdoor Expo April 5 and 6, 2013 at Crooked Oaks Farm in Notasulga, Ala. The event is being held to raise money for scholarships for the School of Forestry and Wildlife Sciences. Crooked Oaks Farm is owned by legendary Auburn Football Coach Pat Dye, and is home to Quail Hollow Gardens, a beautiful Japanese maple tree farm, and the Crooked Oaks and Auburn Oaks hunting lodges.
The Spring Fling and Outdoor Expo will include a variety of events throughout the weekend. The weekend will begin with a fundraising gala on Friday night, and will continue into Saturday with an outdoor expo. Visit the event's website.
