Join Aubie and St. Andrew to Feed the Hungry

Aubie joins students from Auburn's Society of St. Andrew - Alabama on Thursday this week in Auburn to help bag potatoes to feed the hungry!
You may join them all at the Wesley Foundation Parking Lot, 131 South Gay St, Auburn.
The event starts at 8:00 a.m. and goes until the last potato is bagged.
Invite your friends! Many hands make light work.
Contact Mary Lynn Botts (Alglean@endhunger.org, 205-245-3214) for questions or additional information.
The Society of St. Andrew has delivered more than 13 million pounds of salvaged potatoes and other food to the needy in Alabama This has resulted in approximately 40 million servings of food going to Alabama's hungry.

Through the Alabama Gleaning Network, we coordinate volunteers in many areas of the state who actually enter fields after farmers have finished harvesting and simply pick up the tons of good produce left behind. Our volunteers represent groups from various church denominations, synagogues, youth groups, other civic organizations, individuals, and inner-city residents. (Source)
