1. Two 21 Armstrong- “Best Location”

9. Cedarcrest Circle- “The Best Kept Secret”

These privately owned homes are only two years old but each has its own flair. Stuart Drew, a resident of the “Beach House” describes their neighborhood as “Cozy" further explaining, "It's a wonderful location and is convenient for walking to class and downtown." Good luck getting in though, these beauties were scooped up before the developers were finished building.

 

10. 160 Ross- “New Kid on the Block”

The newest addition to Glenn Avenue has plans to open in the fall of 2015.
