I work with a NAMI (Mental illness) chapter with two groups that meet in our Hospital every week. One is for consumers and the other family or caregivers. It is rewarding to facilitate these groups not so much as being "experts" (which we certainly are NOT) but as having been personally involved with one who suffers from mental illness. It does carry a big stigma. Glad to hear about your group at school. I'd like to continue to hear from you as a friend on here. Take care!
